Story

Born from the streets of Thailand

Khao Man Gai is everywhere in Thailand—from tiny street carts to neighborhood shops. Simple, comforting, and always about the sauce.
 

Hen began in Boston (2019)

We opened our first small shop with one goal: serve the Thai chicken rice we grew up eating, made with care and no unnecessary fuss.
 

From one neighborhood to a growing community

Word spread, the lines grew, and HEN started popping up at events, offices, campuses, and new corners of the city.
 

Boston to Vancouver (2026)

Now HEN has traveled a little farther. Same ginger rice, juicy chicken, bold sauce—and a new home in Vancouver.

is an organization dedicated to protecting the growth and development of disabled people in Thailand. Many families lack the knowledge and time necessary to care for children with special needs and rely on organizations like this to help provide comfort, education, and love. Located in Nonthaburi Province, their humble institution relies heavily on donated funds and resources.
